Trigon has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement with Profile Security, a leading UK wide security services solutions company with offices throughout the UK. Profile is a rapidly expanding with a strategy of building stronger partnerships with its clients. This move by Profile is an important step in the delivery of Profile's strategy of accelerated growth and development to meet the needs of current and future markets.
Trigon is delighted to join Profile and to share in its wider development. Profile Security and Trigon will be better able to service their respective client bases as well as look at new markets. Through the new partnership, Trigon will extend its UK and Global reach in acquiring, for its clients, high quality, permanent and interim, Security Managers and Directors and will also focus more closely on UK and international security consultancy.
David Childs will stay on as Managing Director of Trigon Consultancy.
